Replacement, priced up front
Furnace Installation
We install Trane 90%+ AFUE gas furnaces, sized correctly for the house, not the catalog. Repair comes first on every call. Installation is what we recommend once repair is genuinely the more expensive answer.
When replacement actually makes more sense than repair
Three signals tell us a furnace is done, not just having a bad week: it is over 15 years old, it needs frequent service calls, or it is causing a real spike in the monthly utility bill. Any one of those is worth a conversation. A modern Trane 90%+ AFUE gas furnace converts nearly all the fuel it burns into heat for the house, instead of losing a meaningful share of it out the flue the way an older unit does. The newer units also run sealed combustion chambers and better filtration, which is a real difference in a house that keeps its furnace shut off for most of the year and then asks it to run hard.
What a correct installation actually gets right
Sizing comes first. Trane makes a range of units, and putting the wrong tonnage in a house creates comfort and efficiency problems that no thermostat setting fixes afterward. From there we check duct connection integrity, since a new furnace pushing air through leaky or undersized ductwork will never perform to its rating, and we calibrate the thermostat and safety controls so the system actually runs the way it was designed to. A free UV light or thermostat comes with every complete system install, and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. financing is available on approved credit at 0% APR over 24, 36, 48 or 60 months.

We service all makes and models and repair first, so if the furnace still has real life left in it we will say so plainly through furnace repair instead of selling a system you do not need yet. On the cooling side, the same sizing and duct work discipline carries into AC installation, and for a house being built from the ground up we handle it from rough-in through commissioning in new construction HVAC. Optimal Air is a certified Trane Comfort Specialist, rated 4.9 from 959 Google reviews, and licensed under TACLA79333C. See all our services or send us the details to get started.
