Commercial
Commercial HVAC
Optimal Air Solutions is a turnkey mechanical contractor: the design, the fabrication, the install and the commissioning all run through the same shop, for commercial, medical, governmental and industrial clients.
One shop, four steps: design, fabricate, install, commission
Most contractors design a system and hand the ductwork off to someone else to build. Optimal Air Solutions runs precision engineering and design, planning, in-house sheet metal and ductwork fabrication, installation and final commissioning as one continuous job, which is what makes it a genuine turnkey mechanical contractor rather than a coordinator of subcontractors. That covers three kinds of commercial work: design and new-construction build-outs with load calculations, blueprints, rooftop units and sophisticated ductwork; maintenance and repair with a repair-first philosophy that runs from chillers to variable-speed air handlers to large-scale distribution; and redesign, retrofit and remodel, re-engineering airflow when a layout changes and folding modern controls into an existing building rather than starting over.
Financing sized for a real commercial job
Commercial projects from $5,000 to $500,000 can run on bundled financing through Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., subject to credit approval, which is a different conversation than the residential 0% APR plans and sized for the scope this side of the business actually takes on.
