The clearance you have to work to
A caliper measures the gap that is actually there, not the one on the drawing. That is the whole job on a retrofit: the duct has to fit the space the building already has. Because we fold our own metal and spray our own foam, the envelope and the equipment get solved together instead of blaming each other.

Sheet metal and ductwork are made here rather than ordered in and waited on. When a commercial build-out changes on site, the fitting that has to change gets folded the same week instead of joining somebody else's queue. The questions we get asked before the price
A complete Trane gas heating and AC system starts at $11,634 for standard efficiency up to 15.5 SEER, $12,330 for performance efficiency up to 17 SEER, and $17,550 for premium efficiency up to 20 SEER. Those are starting prices for two-ton complete systems including a furnace, and they do not include seasonal promotions. Your house gets a real number after we calculate the load for it.
Yes. We repair first and say so plainly: we will do our best to keep your existing unit running efficiently for as long as it can. When a system is genuinely past the point where repair is the cheaper answer, we lay out the options and the numbers and let you decide.
Yes. We install Trane and we are a certified Trane Comfort Specialist, but we repair and maintain all makes and models. The diagnosis does not care whose badge is on the cabinet.
The office runs 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday to Friday and 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Emergency repair cover runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, because a failure in a Houston August is not a Monday morning problem.
Both, and the commercial side is not a sideline. We have run 120 tons of cooling for Target and 150 tons for Grand Oaks Church, and worked Kroger, Wells Fargo, the Houston Zoo, the TPW Sea Center, and Terminal B at Bush Intercontinental. We fabricate our own sheet metal and ductwork in house.
